Dynamics 365 HR within Microsoft Teams: HR processes made easier

Microsoft is continuously releasing new features to enhance the functionality of Dynamics 365 Human Resources (D365 HR). Back in October 2020, Microsoft acquired the licensing rights to FourVision’s strategic solutions covering Leave and Absence, Sickness Management and Timesheets. As a result, these solutions have been incorporated in D365 HR.

What’s new

Creating the perfect balance between operational excellence and a working environment where people and business thrive is a continuous pursuit. Given that, you can now free up your HR team by giving employees self-serving access to Microsoft D365 HR, directly within Microsoft Teams.

This integration leverages the full potential of the leave and absence functionality in D365 HR that Microsoft and FourVision developed. Now you can allow your employees to easily request leave or time-off, right from Microsoft Teams. Right from where they are already collaborating and getting their work done every day.

What you can do with it

You can easily find the D365 HR App in the Teams Store. Install it and use the bot to check time-off balances for each leave type or ask for a leave request. In addition to this, you can have upcoming leave or time-off requests and you can check and manage them easily in the time off tab. Here’s a more detailed walkthrough of the full capabilities of this new integration.

Make the life of your team easier and your processes more agile with this new functionality.
