Personal background
Flora was born in Doetinchem, a small city on the eastern side of the Netherlands. Flora did many studies in her past, such as computer programming, accountancy, informatics, and many more. To this day, she is still eager to learn more new subjects. In her spare time, Flora likes to read many books, swim, and make unplanned trips with her family.
Background professional
Flora started her career as a Pharmacy Assistant. Afterwards, she became a Cobol programmer for a Dutch firm called Netlog. Her job was developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining software based on the users’ wishes. All her previous experiences have made Flora very knowledgeable in all-around developing and maintaining programs. Flora also fulfilled various other ICT roles at different companies. This helps her understand all kind of programs such as Axapta-Dynamics and Microsoft Dynamics AX.
At Flora’s previous position, she especially liked to be the spider in the web. To know all the ins and outs of programs she worked with and translate customer needs into technical detail to meet their needs.
Position at FourVision
At FourVision, Flora holds the role of Senior Support Consultant for Dynamics 365 Human Recourses and Finance & Operations. She is responsible for testing Dynamics and Web App functionalities, preparing data migration, analyze and investigate the needs of questions and client issues. Flora is also accountable for creating requirements and debugs for clients. In addition to this, she is the bridge between client/colleague and IT when creating solutions or any other technical questions.
What does Flora look most forward to be doing?
Diving into a problem and find a suitable solution for it. In a way where the client is happy and the developer has agreed with the answer. Sometimes that is a big challenge because not all wishes are best practice and will, e.g. slow the performance down.
