Platform Update for all FourVision Apps
Technological Update
Our applications have been updated to the .NET 8 version to keep them up-to-date with the latest security standards for Azure App Services. This change includes support for TLS 1.3, ensuring enhanced performance, security and reliability for all our users.
Integrated Background Processor
We have fully integrated the background processor into the core application. This transition significantly improves the reliability and robustness of our apps. Reducing the points of failure and enhancing overall performance.
Maintenance Scheduler
We have added a maintenance scheduler to allow you more control over when updates are installed. Pick your date, set a time, add who needs to be notified and your system will install any updates at that set date.
When you have scheduled maintenance, it will appear in the scheduler for future reference.

Boarding
Task Notifications for Position Groups
After enabling group notifications, any job you schedule for that position group will automatically send notification emails to a group email of your choosing. This will keep everyone in the team informed about tasks assigned to their position group.
Document Management
Reassign Documents to Others
When you receive a document that needs to be reassigned to someone else, you can simply navigate to ‘Documents for my approval’ and use the ‘reassign’ action to shift the approval to another person.
New Tabs in Applicant Screen
When you navigate to applicants in Document Management you will now see them separated between hired and not hired. Making it easy to quickly find the applicants you are looking for, without all other applicants cluttering the screen.
Enable Document Uploads by Manager Role
If you enable the option for managers to upload new documents, they can simply navigate to the worker in question and upload a document using the ‘+New’ button. This allows the choice for HR or managers to be responsible for certain document uploads.
Performance Management
PDR Calibration Based on Role
Previously you could only recalibrate PDRs on a company-wide level. Now, you can calibrate PDRs based on role and adjust the numbers for specific departments on a new PDR calibration screen.
Delegate PDR Workflow
We have added the option to delegate PDR maintenance and approval to other colleagues. This is especially useful when a manager is on leave or otherwise unavailable. You can set up who takes over and for how long and during that time, the delegate will be able to fulfill the PDR duties of the absent colleague.
